With the rapid development of the information age,the relationship between smart cities and the digital economy is becoming more and more inseparable.As an important part of smart cities,campus are also increasingly being added to the pace of intelligent construction.The Internet of Things technology,Web GIS technology,and visualization technology have opened up new research directions for the development of smart parks.As an open source framework based on Java Script,Cesium is widely used in the construction of smart parks at this stage due to its strong interactivity,strong redevelopment capabilities,and support for loading 3DTiles large 3D data.This article is based on Cesium,it as a construction platform,using visual development,video surveillance agent technology,AJAX asynchronous transmission,Spring Boot,My Batis and My SQL and other technologies,use the test field as the development object,design and develop a set of B / S mode park management system.This article mainly completed the following work:(1)The development of the closed park operation management system gains from multi-source data such as pictures and videos,geographic information,3D models,tilt photography and the Internet of Things.At the same time,the database design work is performed based on the system platform to provide data support for the system.(2)Using visualization technology,the visualization development of the 3D real scene data of oblique photography based on Cesium building test field park.At the same time,add 3D models such as information labels and monitoring equipment,street lamps,temperature and humidity sensors on the three-dimensional based on the visualization platform.(3)It realizes the system implements the site management module,vehicle management module,equipment management module,event notification module,video management module and equipment status overview module in terms of management functions.In order to realize above functions,it can assist the management personnel to obtain the park information,command and dispatch,and solve the park management problems efficiently.In this paper,the park management system adopts the development mode of three-dimensional data visualization platform combined with function management.The cesium data visualization algorithm is used to improve the loading speed of three-dimensional data in the park.The function management module is used to help the park management department accurately obtain the daily operation data of the park,and conduct scientific data analysis on abnormal events and assist the park administrator At the same time,it also provides certain reference value for the development of "smart Park" management system.
