Tourism is one of the new national economic strategic industries.The economic benefits of tourism in China are increasing year by year,and tourism is in a period of rapid development.The vigorous development of tourism and the rise of smart cities bring opportunities to the construction and development of smart scenic spots.Smart scenic spots inherit the four characteristics of smart cities: comprehensiveness of perception,extensiveness of interconnection,application intelligence and sustainable innovation.Intelligent scenic spot monitoring and management is mainly achieved by acquiring multi-source data,information perception and command issuance.The existing intelligent scenic spots have many problems,such as multi-source data,large quantity,inefficient organization and management system,which lead to the low management level of the intelligent scenic spots.The supervision mode based on two-dimensional display can not meet the needs of intelligent scenic spots.The three-dimensional visualization supervision mode is gradually applied to the construction of intelligent scenic spots because of its advantages of high simulation,high precision and strong expansibility.Multi-source information and three-dimensional visualization supervision mode is one of the effective ways to improve the management efficiency of intelligent scenic spots,realize data sharing among departments and make emergency decisions.At present,there are many ways to acquire urban 3D model data.Unmanned aerial vehicle tilt photography technology has great advantages in three-dimensional modeling because of its short data acquisition cycle,wide range,high accuracy and good effect.This paper studies the three-dimensional platform based on WebGL Ceium development framework,which is an open source development framework based on JavaScript.It has the characteristics of strong interaction,strong secondary development performance,strong compatibility and so on.At the same time,it can load three-dimensional model data in 3d-tiles format.The three-dimensional model built from tilted photographic data can be transformed into 3d-tiles format data by using tools,which lays a foundation for cesium to be applied to the construction of intelligent scenic spots.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:1)To analyze the project requirements,consult the literature,understand the current situation of the construction of intelligent scenic spot management platform,understand the application of cesium,and confirm the feasibility of cesium for the construction of intelligent scenic spot.2)Complete the acquisition of multi-source data for the intelligent scenic spot platform,which includes model data,geographic information data,image and video data,etc.3)Design the database of the acquired data,and provide data support for the construction of the virtual supervision platform of intelligent scenic spots.4)Visualization technology is used to build three-dimensional virtual scenes of intelligent scenic spots,including terrain,image map and scene model,which has the function of conventional camera operation.5)Using Internet of Things,visualization technology,database technology,Ajax asynchronous transmission technology,video surveillance technology and other technologies,a monitoring platform for intelligent scenic spots is constructed based on B/S architecture,which realizes the visualization of monitoring information for virtual scenes and monitoring Information of Intelligent Equipment,seamless transformation and display sharing of multi-source data,and information statistics function of monitoring equipment and alarm function when monitoring data are out of order.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Online monitoring platforms are basically based on ArcGis,Microstation and other platforms.This paper builds intelligent scenic spot monitoring platform based on cesium,which provides a new idea and method for the construction of intelligent scenic spot monitoring platform.(2)The platform integrates Internet of Things technology,visualization technology,database technology,Ajax asynchronous transmission technology,video surveillance technology,GIS technology and other technologies,and achieves the effect of two-dimensional and three-dimensional linkage development and remote management functions.It has a certain value in the case of fewer three-dimensional "smart scenic spot" projects.
