With the problem emergence of the data security in the process of information interaction, device fingerprint identification technology has been applied. The Arbiter Physically Unclonable function(APUFs)generates a specific "chip fingerprint" for each chip by taking advantage of the effect of process biases on the transmission delay of logic gates, which can be applied in chip identification,TRNG and so on.The implementation of APUFs on Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)may be affected by the layout and wiring of FPGA,which cannot meet the requirements of symmetry and isometric, resulting in the terrible randomness of APUFs.Based on this, this paper includes the following aspects:Firstly, analyze the circuit characteristics of existing APUFs and study the security threats in the applications;Second, design and ameliorate the Multi-line APUFs with high properties by adding arbitration selection module.Thirdly, propose and design a lightweight fuzzy scheme based on random noise injection and a high security authentication mechanism;Fourth, build a test platform for Multi-line APUFs,verify the circuit response to ensure the realization of the mechanism;Fifth, analyze the security and authentication rate of the authentication system by writing software code; The experimental results show: the prediction accuracy of the system decreases from 95% to58.6%,and the uniqueness increases from 22% to 46.53%.At the same time, the authentication accuracy of the system reaches 100% by combining fault-tolerant protocol, which has the less resource consumption and higher security. This scheme has value in the design of circuit performance, attack resistance and authentication rate for arbitration selection of high reliability CRPs and random noise injection masking CRPs mapping APUFs.The lightweight authentication system based on the TRNG fault tolerance protocol greatly improves the resource utilization and security and has a broad application prospect.
