Military radar is an important military equipment in various combat missions such as military preparedness,guidance and reconnaissance.Radar leveling system is a key subsystem to ensure the accuracy of radar antenna level.In order to improve the performance of the radar leveling system,it is necessary to develop an build-in test system that can automatically detect the working status of the radar leveling system,so as to facilitate the daily maintenance of the basic unit operators.In this paper,the build-in test technology of leveling hydraulic system is researched and designed,and the testability and maintainability of leveling system are improved on the basis of not increasing the complexity of system structure.Firstly,through analyzing the overall structure and working characteristics of radar leveling hydraulic system,on the basis of the design requirements,the overall design of the build-in test system is carried out,and the hardware design of radar leveling hydraulic system is emphasized.The key parts to complete are sound sensor module,CAN bus communication module and AD extension module.Secondly,the internal structure of the solenoid valve is analyzed.According to the motion characteristics of the solenoid valve when it is powered on and powered off,the reason of the sound produced by the solenoid valve is analyzed.The algorithm of solenoid valve fault detection is studied,and the processing method of sound data is established.In the actual working environment to carry out the solenoid valve sound acquisition experiment,and use matlab for simulation analysis.On the basis of a large number of experiments,we set the threshold value of quartile and corresponding mean square deviation,which ensures that the working state of solenoid valve can be detected in real time under linux system.Then,the communication principle and mechanism of CAN bus are introduced,and the rules to be followed are analyzed.According to the communication requirements of build-in test system of radar leveling hydraulic system,the application layer protocol of CAN bus communication is designed,which mainly includes ID division,data storage space allocation and command setting of radar leveling hydraulic system.Finally,the AD driver and BIT test function software module are designed,the BIT test function software module is divided,the corresponding test flow is designed and the test results are judged.The BIT man-machine module of the built-in test system is designed,which mainly includes the construction of the development environment of QtE,the overall layout of the interface design and the debugging on the arm development board,which verifys that the builtin test system can monitor the radar leveling hydraulic system in real time.
