Combining to highly mobile ground surveillance radar automatic leveling system design and research, the article expounds a kind of designing process of automatic machine-electricity leveling system from various aspects and various points of view , comprising various leveling projects compare, components selection, structure design, leveling principle, key circuit design and anti-interference measures putting in practice and so on.Thereinto comprising summarization of practice experience by myself. The machine-electricity leveling system been introduced in this thesis adopts machine-electricity integrative mode, leaves out a complete set of hydraulic system, fix an DC motor on each leg, take the motor as performing component.leveling legs adopt T-type thread pole structure, the thread pole can be locked by itself, the motors work by PWM drivers. The core control sector makes use of singlechip that it is very popular in the market nowadays.the control and driving sectors are integrated in a unit. The function is very powerful; The structure design is very compact; The operation and maintenance are very convenient,so it is very easy to be quoted and used for reference. The antomatic machine-electricity leveling system been introduced in this thesis can be operated very simply; its performance-price-ratio is very pretty good, can satisfy requirements of high reliability and high security.it has been applied in a certain radar as a batch. The antomatic machine-electricity leveling technic may be extended at large to ground surveillance radars or other radars demanded flat leveling and relevant civil fields.
