China's publishing units began to reform the system in 2009.Up to now,108 colleges and universities in the country have all transferred to enterprises.The results of "enterprise" and "marketization" will inevitably require the publishing house to become a publishing enterprise with both economic and social benefits.University press has always been the backbone of national strategy and scientific research.Whether or not to fulfill social responsibility is directly related to the development of national cultural education and the continuous advancement of science and technology.Based on stakeholder theory,relationship contract theory and incentive theory,the part that is closely related to the social responsibility performance of university presses is defined as the government that is under its administration,the relationship contract and the employees of the universities and colleges and universities that are related to each other.Other stakeholders.Therefore,combined with the characteristics of university presses,this paper defines the social responsibility of university presses as serving the national strategy,serving the frontiers of scientific research in universities,broadening the social responsibility of promotion channels services for employees,and striving to achieve social and economic benefits.Unity.In the following research on the social responsibility performance of university presses,these four components will be developed.This paper uses in-depth interviews,empirical analysis and other research methods to study the status quo of the social responsibility of the government,A school,employees and other stakeholders.Through research,it is found that A school press actively practices the social responsibility of university presses under the current situation,but there are still the following problems: First,the theme publishing and copyright output need to be strengthened;second,the responsibility of serving universities in scientific research and teaching Insufficient;third,the internal promotion system of employees is rigid;fourth,internal and external supervision and management systems and measures are not perfect.Based on this,this study puts forward suggestions for the implementation of social responsibility of A-school publishing house: first,actively implement political responsibility and cultural responsibility;secondly,effectively improve the sense of responsibility for scientific research and teaching services in universities;third,broaden the promotion of talents Channels,"inside training" and "outside guidance" are combined;fourth,establishing internal and external mechanisms for fulfilling social responsibility.
