Research On The Influence Factors And The Benefit Distribution Of The Cooperative Alliance Of Smart Phone Supply Chain

The smart phone industry is one of the important electronic industries in China and plays an important role in promoting economic growth and technological innovation.2017 is the watershed of China's smart phone industry.On the one hand,the smartphone incremental market is becoming saturated,the competition in the stock market is becoming more and more intense,and the market volume is showing a negative growth trend for the first time.In the first quarter of 2018,the number of smartphone shipments confirmed the formation of this negative growth trend.On the other hand,the domestic smart phone brand innovation is weak,the core technology is scarce.The added value process is monopolized by foreign manufacturers.Although the market share has reached a new high,the market profit share is still very low.In the face of such market situation,the smart phone supply chain needs to strengthen cooperation,build the supply chain cooperation alliance,and jointly cope with the opportunities and challenges.However,in order to realize the stability of the alliance,it is necessary to solve the problem of the benefit distribution.Therefore,in the face of smartphone market opportunities and challenges,the smart phone supply chain collaborative alliance of benefit distribution is studied in this paper,trying to solve the core issue-profit distribution for smartphones supply chain collaborative alliance.This paper bases on the smart phone industry features and the features of smart phone supply chain and draws lessons from the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad.Using static game of complete information,evolutionary game theory and shapley value method builds smartphone game model of supply chain collaborative alliance,and discusses the importance of profit distribution.At the end of the paper,the modified shapley value distribution model is constructed on the basis of the system thought and the tools,such as ISM and AHP.The main research contents of this thesis: firstly,through the existing research,it is found that the existing research is insufficient to study the benefit distribution of the supply chain coordination alliance,especially the research on the benefit distribution of the smart phone industry.Secondly,combining with the development status of the smart phone industry and the dilemma of supply chain management,the necessity of building supply chain Collaborative alliance is put forward.In addition,the paper discusses the influence of synergistic efficiency,benefit distribution and reward and punishment mechanism on the stability of supply chain cooperative alliance,which is based on the complete information static game theory.Based on bounded rationality hypothesis,evolutionary game theory was used to study the cooperation of cost,benefit of default,value-added and distribution coefficient on the stability of the supply chain alliance.Research shows that profit distribution has an important effect on the alliance stability,and the optimal profit distribution scheme exists.Finally,this paper puts forward the principle of the smart phone benefit distribution and the factors that affect the distribution of interests.Based on above research results,the modified shapley value method benefit distribution model is constructed.
