At present,China has entered the information society in an all-round way,and information technology is widely used in all walks of life,leading to a significant change in the efficiency of management services in the industry.Laboratories,as the source of scientific and technological innovation,should be in the forefront of the information age.However,at present,the information level of various kinds of laboratories in China is uneven.Especially,the information system covering the whole business process of laboratories is not widely used,which restricts the improvement of the information level of laboratories,and also makes the data in laboratories impossible.Interconnection.Aiming at this background,this paper studies and designs a laboratory management system(LIMS)software based on Windows platform,combined with the laboratory work practice of the author's unit,which can effectively solve the problems of low level of laboratory business informatization and data islands.Based on the investigation and analysis of the internal business processes and development status of Inspection and Quarantine Research Institute,and in view of its specific needs,this paper proposes a design idea of laboratory management system(LIMS)based on B/S architecture,J2 EE framework,XML and workflow technology,which systematically integrates the Inspection and Quarantine Research Institute's inspection center.All businesses move their business processes to the Internet,and realize the networking of offline traditional processes based on workflow-driven.The system designs user roles such as sample acceptor,remittance signer,technical person in charge,financial personnel,customer service supervisor,customer service minister,report auditor,laboratory supervisor,testing engineer,testing minister,system administrator and so on.According to different roles,different functional authority is given to ensure the security of the system.? The system is mainly divided into sample inspection business module,thermal inspection business module,laboratory resource management module,inspection and inspection quality management module and other core functional modules,which fully meet the business needs of inspection and quarantine center.The development technology based on WEB has gradually become the mainstream of software development.The laboratory management system(LIMS)designed in this paper adopts MVC architecture based on WEB technology.The technology selection is in line with the current trend of mainstream development technology.At the same time,many third-party open source framework technologies are also used in the system,such as XML data exchange technology,Barcode4 j barcode generation technology,ZXing barcode decoding and reading technology,JBPM workflow technology,Shiro security authentication technology,etc.This paper introduces the background,significance and development status of the laboratory management system(LIMS),including requirement analysis,architecture design,function outline design,database design,system security design and system detailed design.Finally,the system is coded by Eclipse integrated development environment and tested on Tomcat server.Finally,the future development of LIMS system is prospected.The content of this paper is completely laid out according to the software engineering process,which is mainly divided into six chapters: introduction,development technology review,requirement analysis,outline function design,system implementation,system testing,etc.
