At present,in the field of chemical production at home and abroad,CS catalyst has the characteristics of high catalytic efficiency,good polymer morphology and less fine powder.Therefore,the catalyst is widely used in various PP plants.Due to the complexity of the synthesis process and washing process of CS series catalyst and the numerous equipment required,the temperature,pressure and other parameters in the production process as well as the delivery of reaction materials should be strictly controlled.Therefore,in order to ensure the personal safety of field operators,improve product quality and production efficiency,an automatic monitoring system for CS catalyst production process is designed.This paper introduces the synthesis process and washing process of CS catalyst.Combined with the actual needs and control requirements of the production process,the control system scheme based on PLC and Kingview is adopted.In terms of hardware structure,the commonly used S7-300 PLC is selected as the main controller of the automatic control system,and the hardware wiring diagram and hardware structure are designed.In software design,STEP7 software is used to write the lower computer control program,which realizes the batch control of feed,cooling and cooling,constant heat preservation,curve temperature rise and other process control of synthesis kettle and washing kettle.Through the collection,analysis and processing of on-site signals,the variable monitoring,equipment regulation and alarm functions of on-site production process are realized.The upper computer human-computer interface of the system is designed by Kingview software to monitor the actual production process.The process monitoring screen,alarm screen and data report of reaction kettle and washing kettle are designed.MPI communication mode is adopted to realize the data transmission between the upper computer and PLC.The test results show that the automatic control system can run stably in the actual production process,and realize the automatic control of CS catalyst production on the premise that the process conditions allow.
