As is known to all,China is a great power in manufacturing and transport demand.To be specific,domestic products are primarily through the logistics transportation of goods to all over the world;all the goods in the process of transportation will be stored in the warehouse,especially in the warehouse which locates in a relatively large city with a dense population.As a matter of fact,large cargo handling capacity and difficult storage problems still not only beset people's living standards,but also hamper the development of industry.The traditional planar storage space is easy to make mistakes in the storage process,which also leads to the wrong and missed delivery of goods in express delivery process,bringing great troubles to the development of logistics industry.In addition,that fact that China's existing logistics and transport level is developing slowly and there is a large gap between the domestic and foreign logistics industry restrains China's economic vitality to a large degree.Therefore,it is of great urgency to study the existing domestic warehousing technology.It is by studying the automatic three-dimensional warehouse that can improve the level of the existing logistics service system and play a better role between the storage of goods and the production of goods.For reasons mentioned above,this paper mainly focuses on designing an automatic three-dimensional warehouse control system based on Mitsubishi L series PLC.The warehouse control system can realize the warehousing of goods by selecting manual operation and automatic operation through the touch screen,and guarantee the safe transportation of three-dimensional warehouse through the upper computer detection system.Firstly,the paper expounds the design scheme of the three-dimensional warehouse,and illustrates each module and the main functions of it.Secondly,this paper provides solutions to the problems that may be encountered in the module design,and analyzes the feasibility of the overall implementation of the project.Thirdly,the hardware system is designed,mainly including the control method between each equipment,the motor selection of the haystacker.And the operating principle of it is also explained.The three-dimensional warehouse takes Mitsubishi L series PLC as the control core,realizes accurate control of haystacker servo system through intelligent motion control module named LD77MS16,and using photoelectric sensors to judge whether there are goods in the space.At last,the ladder diagram is used to describe the PLC design process of the three-dimensional warehouse and the connection between different modules as well as describe some key ladder diagrams.Due to the fact that quantities of goods directly transported in and out of warehouses in the process of actual use large,it is required to optimize the storage method.Considering the optimization process involves multiple optimization objectives,this paper finished goods scheduling optimization by means of using genetic algorithms after being transformed into a single target through the weighted value method,improving the goods warehouse outbound speed.In the end,this paper summarizes the main contents of the research and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods,which will pave the way for the better study of similar three-dimensional warehouse in the future.
