With the development of logistics industry in our country, the automated multi-layered storehouses become the important link in the field of modern logistics technology, which is widely used in all walks of life. How to carry out the automatic stereoscopic warehouse optimization scheduling and goods distribution is the key to affect the operation efficiency of overall automation stereoscopic warehouse, therefore, this research has important theoretical significance and engineering application. This paper summarizes the predecessors’research, and does the further research on this basis. This paper’s main work is as follows.First of all, this paper expounds the organized physical elements and the logical structure in an automated multi-layered storehouse, and then makes the parts function clear. The working principle of stereoscopic warehouse have been studied in detail, The automated multi-layered storehouse model was established, The model realizes the optimizing in three aspects, which is the stable position, frequency of in-out warehouse, operation time, a reasonable combination, A single homework and composite process were analyzed and using the genetic algorithm to realize the multi-objective optimization.Second, introduced the principle of in-out warehouse job scheduling and the Position management, puts forward the related principles to improving in-out warehouse efficiency management. On the basis of position management principle, designed the constraint rules of improved genetic algorithm. Then, abstract the loading and unloading process for the traveling salesman problem, according to the mathematical model of directly, using the improved genetic algorithm which is proposed in this paper to optimization the route of in and out scheduling tasks. In the crossover operation, this paper carried out in accordance with the crossover probability chromosome pairing cross reorganization, generating a new generation of population. In order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional genetic algorithm and its weakly local search ability, this article adopts the genetic transposition operator to implement climbing operation, update the population memory vault.The experimental results show that the improved genetic algorithm solve the problem which is the standard genetic algorithm in solving the problem of scheduling prone to premature convergence and the shortfalls, falling into the most superior improved genetic algorithm to delay the onset of the precocious, expand the diversity of the population, increase the probability of obtain the global optimal solution, order picking route of stacker has better optimization effect, effectively avoid the blindness of the search process, shorten the convergence time.Through the simulation, after the algorithm optimization, stereoscopic warehouse operation efficiency be improved obviously.
