Automated warehouse widely used in large and medium-sized enterprises,and it plays animportant role in enterprise for normal operation. Automated warehouse in different enterprisehave different functions, how to improve the efficiency of the warehouse in the premise ofensuring the stability of the warehouse is a key content which should be consedered.According to unit goods warehouse format, this paper studies the optimization problemsof warehouse distribution and stacker operation path. The main contents include.The first, this paper introduces the development of the automatic warehouse and researchstatus, and the Structure and composition of automatic warehouse is introduced detailed.The second, for the unit goods warehouse format, a mathematical model aboutdistribution is established according to the stability of shelves and efficiency, and put ittransform into the fitness function of the genetic algorithm using compromise method.The third, a genetic algorithm is used for automated warehouse rack the distribution,through the coding, selection, crossover of design, and application of MATLAB geneticalgorithm toolbox on the system simulation experiment.Finally, the study on the path of the access stackers is optimized. Through to the analysisof the operation process of the stacking machine, get reducing no-load running time is the keyto improve the efficiency of stacking machine. According to this get a mathematical model,the transformation with genetic algorithm for solving TSP, finally obtained the operation ofthe shortest path.
