The research of automatic warehouse scheduling optimization is the core of improving the work efficiency,this paper studies the problem of scheduling optimization of storage and retrieval in the automated warehouse,the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the problem is divided into two main types according to the turnover box capacity by analyzing the working principle and process characteristics.The objective function of the shortest goods picking path is established in the condition of single roadway stacker and multiple roadways stacker working,these two scheduling optimization problems are regarded as the traveling salesman problem and combinatorial optimization problem of multiple traveling salesman problem.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic principle of neighbor-hood method and genetic algorithm,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.In order to solve the scheduling optimization problem of no considering the turnover container,a neighbor-hood radius adaptive function based on the sigmoid function is designed to adapt the neighbor-hood radius to the distribution of the goods location;to avoid the blind and random selection of the next station in the neighbor-hood,the next goods location is selected by using the triangular probability selection model in the neighbor-hood,thus,single parent genetic neighbor-hood algorithm based on triangular probability is proposed.Considering the turnover container,a method of initializing population with triangular probability is proposed,and the field triangular probability choosing adaptive neighbor-hood algorithm is incorporated into the single genetic algorithm as a local search operator,thus,single parent genetic neighborhood algorithm based on triangle probability is designed.The results of the simulation experiments,with MATLAB software,showed that the proposed method improved the computational efficiency compared with the improved genetic algorithm,the computational time is less than 3s,it meets operation delay of the real-time control of the automated warehouse.Finally,the communication interface of MATLAB software and S7-200 PLC controller of the existing experimental platform of North University of China is designed based on the OPC standard.The detailed explanation of the process and the specific MATLAB programming code are given.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the scheme,and prove that the method proposed in this paper can greatly improve the efficiency of storage and retrieval.
