Research On The Service Desghin Of Mutual Assistance Pension Platform For Self-care Elderly

As China's aging problem is deepening,the issue of old-age care has become one of the main concerns of the society.With the problems of the limited elder people life and the public resources in the society,the old-age care has brought great pressure to the country,society and families.In order to alleviate the pressure of old-age care and solve the problem that the old-age resources cannot be allocated reasonably,there is a new mode of old-age care--mutual-assistance for the elderly.From the perspective of service design,this topic analyzes service design theory,design elements and design methods to clarify the relevant factors that need to be considered in the mutual assistance service platform,explore the platform service design direction,and build a mutual assistance old-age care platform service design process model.The process summarizes the problems existing in the mutual old-age care.The platform service design strategy and the mutual assistance old-age care platform service are established to meet the various needs of the self-care old people in the mutual help life.First of all,through field research,interviews and questionnaires to obtain problems.Through investigating the elderly in the self-care life,observing the living environment and reviewing the interview,it is found that the mutual life exists problems of single mode,small scope,demand and service imbalance,etc.Next,producing questionnaires of mutual-assistance old care life and platform.Using the way of interview and online publication to understand the needs and expectations of the elderly for mutual-assistance life and platform,and learn about the service functions that the mutual assistance platform should have to solve the problem of mutual assistance,the design strategy of mutual-assistance life and platform service is proposed through the result:(1)reach the balance between demand and service provided and match the needs and the services of the elderly,establish the blueprint for platform service balance to guarantee the service life of mutual assistance services can work on the rail;(2)establish the value standard system of the demand and service to make equal exchange of demand and services.(3)according to the actual research,the physiological and psychological characteristics of the self-care old people are analyzed to integrate design principles,and the platform interface and functional design are determined,enable the platform can be easily understood and used by the elderly.Integrating platform service design strategy to build a complete platform service blueprintwhich ensures the platform service system runs effectively.Finally,accomplish the APP design of mutual-assistance service platform on PC and mobile devices.The design facing to mutual-assistance old-age care service design can promote the construction and development of service design in the field of mutual-helping,provide diverse and comprehensive platform services for the elderly,and enable the elderly users to experience a simple and smooth platform.What is more important is bring more solutions for the self-care of the elderly life.Make the service platform has more social value while gaining commercial value.
