Under the promotion of digital economy in the "fourteenth Five-year Plan",the new generation of information technology management led by the Internet will be the main force of the development of digital economy in China.The operation mode that all industries rely on Internet products arises at the right moment,and Internet insurance products are no exception.Online mutual assistance and health insurance,as Internet insurance products,conform to the call of the era of digital economy and are important livelihood medical security products accompanying the development of the Internet.However,the historical dependence of the development of the insurance industry system determines its current operation direction.The disadvantages of the traditional operation channels on which the insurance industry relies are increasingly prominent,and the insurance industry is facing new business opportunities and challenges.As an emerging operation channel of insurance products,the importance of Internet is becoming increasingly prominent.Product operation and information interface management have become the main work of insurance product publicity,and the management led by information interface optimization becomes particularly important.In recent years,the close integration of the Internet and the insurance industry has provided a favorable opportunity for the Internet insurance operation in the new era.The biggest difference between the Internet insurance operation and the traditional insurance operation is that the presentation mode of the product operation information is mainly based on the network product information interface.From understanding Internet insurance products to making purchasing decisions,customers can only choose and operate by browsing the product information interface,thus it can be seen that the optimization management of the information interface of Internet insurance products is crucial.In view of the above analysis,this research through the perception behavior scale and eye movement experiment design "in combination" a mixture of study,with the actual Internet network mutual aid and health insurance of insurance products as an example,based on the buying behavior of the theory of planned behavior model,the "inner" by perceived behavior control,from the resource availability and the two dimensions of the self-efficacy cognition,LIKERT 7-level scale was used to analyze the important factors affecting individual perception and behavioral decision making,so as to measure individual cognition and psychology.At the same time,through the design of information presentation mode,"External" in this paper is based on the interface of actual network mutual assistance and health insurance,and through the division of AOI of interface interest area,so as to quantitatively analyze the influence of product information presentation mode with picture text and pure text on interface browsing and behavioral decision-making.To feedback on the Internet insurance product interface design,the network in real Internet insurance mutual product information with health insurance network interface management optimization advice,and Internet operations to provide reference for the insurance industry,the research conclusion according to the product properties in common can also inspire and applied to Internet product channels operating in different industries.
