With the continuous development of Internet technology and the progress and maturity of information technology in China,the growing demand for social services of aging population is not only a great challenge to China's social and economic development,but also a great opportunity for the elderly and health industry.Due to the weakening function of traditional family care,the huge elderly population urgently needs more sophisticated health services,life care,emergency rescue and other pension services from the society.The aging problem in China is becoming more and more serious.On the one hand,it will affect the development of social economy.On the other hand,it needs the society to provide more effective pension service resources.Under the background of lacking of social endowment resources and it will be difficult to solve,the society must to face the challenge of "sense of security",to create innovative social governance mechanism,to realize the integration and optimization of resources allocation of pension services.Starting from the practical problems of realizing social endowment,this paper studies pension system and service recommendation strategy,so that to solve the actual needs of the elderly.This thesis first embarks from overall demand of the system,and then analyzes the functional requirements,non-functional requirements,interface and interface design.This article gives a detailed description of the system function requirements through business requirement,user role analysis,function point analysis,use case and system assistant model.User function point analysis lists main function points of the system through a table.Use case diagrams are used to analyze the use case of the system.In the analysis of the system auxiliary model,the business functions and processes of the system are analyzed by the activity diagram and the sequence diagram in the UML unified modeling language.The object of the software architecture description is the abstract component of the system,it is the abstraction of the real entity.The connection between objects via explicit connection and relatively detailed description.The architecture design of the system requires consistency,availability and partition tolerance.At the stage of system design,the deployment of the system and the design of software architecture are described particularly.Then through the overall design of the system,the system is divided into four main modules.They are background information management,map management,monitoring management and help service management.Each module is analyzed using a package diagram and a class diagram.Further optimizes the database to get the analysis of the system E-R diagram and the database table.Finally,the screen with the interface design of the system are described in detail.Service recommendation is mainly aimed at the help side and the donor side of the system,service recommendation is built on the pension service system,through the combination of mobile Internet and service behavior,to complete the service for the elderly in smart pension.Therefore,the research of service recommendation strategy is put forward in this paper,and the recommendation of pension service is completed from the analysis,design and implementation.To realize the reliable operation of the whole system,pension system are studied in this thesis;to realize service matching,this paper studies service location acquisition based on Baidu map;to realize service recommendation,this thesis studies Kuhn-Munkres algorithm and collaborative filtering algorithm.In the prototype experiment and verification of the system,the implementation of baidu map access,monitoring management and the help service are introduced.In the validation of the service recommendation strategy,this paper mainly through the description of the verification environment,service location information acquisition and algorithm three aspects are introduced.Through testing,the system has strong practicability and expansibility.
