Research On The Design Of Community Mutual-assistance Network For The Elderly

Nowadays Aging population is more and more serious in China,"family elder security" is changing from "social elder security".The existing three pension mode "family elder security","social elder security","community support for the aged" can not deal with aging population independently.The new model of "mutual-support for the aged" is originated from western European countries.It advocates mutual care and mutual support among the elderly."mutual-support for the aged" promotes the establishment of self-management and self-service among the elderly."Mutual-support for the aged" reduces the heavy burdens of children and the pressure of social.And it also increases the happiness of the elderly.Moreover,the concept of mutual assistance conforms to the thoughts of "Great Harmony".But there are still a lot of problems in "mutual-support for the aged" in China.In our country,the model of "mutual-support for the aged" was first applied to the rural mutual happy home.The old solitary people in the countryside lived in the mutual happy home,and they helped each other to solve supporting problems.Nowadays,in some cities,mutual aid activities carried out in the community.However,These mutual aid activities came to nothing due to the lack of volunteers,long distance and insufficient mutual assistance.Under the background of "Internet Plus",the products and services which relying on Internet gradually penetrated into all areas of our lives.They changed the way of our lives,including the elderly.A growing number of elderly people contact information technology products.Under such a background,this paper tries to make a collision between "mutual-support for the aged" and "Internet Plus" and explores the feasibility of community mutual-assistance network for the elderly.This paper selected the seventh community in Jiang'an town,Jiang'an county,Sichuan province as a case.In the early stage,the author has studied a lot of outstanding domestic and foreign literature and done field research.Through field research,the author done in-depth analysis of the collected data.Finally the author summarized the designing scheme of community mutual-assistance network for the elderly.This paper consists of the following five parts:The first part: overview.In this part,the author does the research on "mutual-support for the aged" and expounds the opportunity which is "Internet Plus" brings to it.It is mainly to grasp the research background and the significance of the research.The second part: through the field research and the analysis of the feasibility and problems,this paper puts forward the mutual mechanism design of community mutual-assistance website which for the elderly.The third part: This part uses the analysis method of creating Persona to explore the user needs,and explores the designing scheme of the community mutual-assistance website for the elderly by combining the mutual aid mechanism.The fourth part: the design of community mutual-assistance website for the elderly.Based on the analysis of the cognitive behavior characteristics of the elderly,this paper summarizes the functions and information architecture of the community mutual-assistance website for the elderly and the scheme of the visual design of the website.The fifth part:this part shows the link of further studies and the prospects of "Internet plus mutual-support".
