In recent years,with the continuous growth of my country's aerospace industry and the high-density launch of artificial satellites and carrier rockets,the country has paid more and more attention to aerospace work and has invested more and more in fixed assets.It has gradually entered a stage of rapid development,and the number of projects and investment scale have increased significantly.In the process of project construction,a relatively complete set of fixed asset investment project management system has gradually formed.However,there are many shortcomings in the aspect of informatization,which is a shortcoming of the project management system.Therefore,the use of information technology to integrate existing information systems and lay a fixed asset investment project management channel is an urgent problem to be solved at this stage.This paper studies the improvement of the fixed asset investment project management information system of the S Institute.On the basis of clarifying the related concepts and theories of the management information system,it analyzes the current status of the fixed asset investment project management of the S Institute and the fixed asset investment project management information system The status of the construction,pointed out the problems in the management information system of fixed asset investment projects: passive decision-making by the management,defects in process management,lack of monitoring and follow-up audit of the whole process of project construction,incomplete data collection of process documents,equipment operation and maintenance management,etc.In-depth analysis of the cause of the problem.In response to the above problems,the basic ideas,methods,content and overall plan for the improvement of the management information system of fixed asset investment projects are proposed,and the improvement plan is proposed from the aspects of perfecting system modules and optimizing operation procedures.Subsequently,from the four aspects of gradually strengthening system construction,paying attention to personnel training and personnel training,strengthening informatization guarantee,and system implementation improvement evaluation,the guarantee measures for the improvement and implementation of the S Institute fixed asset investment project management information system were proposed.Through the research of this article,it is of certain significance to improve the level of enterprise information management and enhance the efficiency of enterprise management.
