The Research On The Management System Of Fixed Assets Investment Project Of Air Traffic Management

With the continuous and fast development of China's economy, the civil air traffic flow of China increased rapidly. The infrastructure investment of Air Traffic Management increased year by year. To raise the management modernization level of the decision and improve the quality of the management of project construction and reduce construct cost, establishing the Management System of Fixed Assets Investment Project of Air Traffic Management becomes a urgent need. At first, the paper was analytic on the situation of air traffic management project. Next the paper had sufficient study on the analysis method and architecture and security strategy and function design about project management system. This paper established evaluation index system of design effect of air traffic project management system, and appraised of actual case by the hierarchy analysis. Finally, on the basis of the research result, the paper completed design project of the Management System, and developed the corresponding software system.
