Research On Tax Planning Of High-tech Enterprises

After decades of rapid development,China's economy has entered a stage of deep adjustment and transformation.High-tech enterprises,as important carriers of scientific research innovation and development strategies for emerging industries,have played an important role in improving the quality of China's economic development.China attaches great importance to the prominent role of high and new technology in the industrial development of enterprises,incorporates scientific and technological development into the national development strategy,and has introduced various tax reductions and preferential policies,and actively encourages enterprises to increase research and development efforts and improve technological research and development.However,some high-tech enterprises have not conducted in-depth research on various tax preferential policies issued by the government,and have not fully enjoyed the advantages of tax savings and cost reduction brought about by tax preferences.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on tax planning for high-tech to promote its maximum To enjoy preferential tax policies and reduce research and development costs.This article takes high-tech company H as an example,and studies the tax planning schemes of high-tech enterprises based on the latest tax regulations and policies,and with reference to existing research results of tax planning.First,this article introduces the necessity,particularity and related tax planning methods of high-tech enterprises.Then,based on the company H's business model and financial and taxation status,select a tax type with a large planning space,and design a specific tax planning plan based on this.Finally,in view of the special nature of preferential tax policies for high-tech enterprises,the risks that high-tech enterprises may face in tax planning are pointed out,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.In summary,by conducting tax planning research on H companies,this article attempts to explore the best tax planning solutions for H companies,and to provide reference for other high-tech companies' tax planning.
