With the rapid development of automotive technology and automation of continuous improvement, more and more micromotors are being used in the car as important roles.The capabilities of the micromotor under three different conditions determine the motor performance and life. Under the condition without load, if the working current of the motor is too high, its temperature will be very high in a short time which will reduce its life. Under the condition with a certain load, if the motor vibration is abnormal, it will be very noise, which will affect the comfort and reduce its life. Under the condition with large load, if the motor torque is smaller than criterion, its load-capacity don't satisfy the need. Radial jumpiness of micromotor is the primary factor which changes the performance of other parameters. The performance of all parameters will be affected in the assembly process.Therefore, This paper develops a new type test system for micromotor,testing all parameters in the assembly process.Firstly, based on the analysis of the structure and principle of micromotors and the current producing process,this paper advances the content and the standards for the test and control system.Secondly,this paper introduces the design from the design of circuit and software programming in details. Based on ISA,a data card is designed including the logic control functions digital-analog conversion and analog-digital conversion capabilities.And the amplifier,filter circuit,signal conversion circuitry and isolation circuitry assure the precision and reliability of the test system. Using Visual C++as a development tool and Access as a database, we develop a friendly interface, simple control system using modular design ideas. The system is divided into server and client. Client systems test products, through reading and writing data card to control the peripheral equipments.It chooses the right digital filter to handle the data from the sensors and show to the user in the form of word and curve. At the end of the test,all of the data and the test result will be transmitted over the network to the server system. Server system is used for database management, managers can query, statistics and print test results.Thanks to the server system, managers can make decisions without going to the factory.Finally, this paper introduces the method of the radial jumpiness test for micromotor in details. According to RS232C protocol under win32,this paper uses high-accurate measurement instrument to realize the communication between the measurement instrument and the computer and improve the system more accurately. The use of step-forward machines for moving has improved the straightening efficiency and precision greatly.
