Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Digital Empowerment On Enterprise Innovation Performance

The rapid development of the digital economy has promoted the transformation of economic development models and consumption patterns,and has increased the uncertainty of the market and consumer demand,which has led to a sharp decline in product life cycles.At the same time,companies are also facing many aspects such as talents,management and technology challenge.In order to meet these challenges,companies urgently need to use digital empowerment for digital transformation,respond to external changes with a more flexible organizational structure,and condense their own competitive advantages.Knowledge is considered to be the most valuable intangible asset of an enterprise,enterprises should increase their knowledge stock by promoting knowledge absorption,utilization,diffusion and sharing,and promote the optimal allocation of innovative elements.This provides a way for enterprises to accelerate their response to the market and improve their innovation performance.Effective Ways.At present,scholars have not yet reached a consensus on the connotation and dimensional division of data empowerment,and there is a lack of research on the role of digital empowerment on enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of knowledge flow,and related empirical research is also relatively lacking.In order to explore the mechanism of digital empowerment on enterprise innovation performance,this article is based on the resource-based view,capability view,and knowledge-based view,taking digital transformation enterprises as the research object,and focusing on the the basic question of "what is the impact mechanism of digital empowerment on enterprise innovation performance",mainly discussing the following three questions:(1)What is the specific implementation path of digital empowerment?(2)What is the impact of data empowerment on enterprise innovation performance?(3)What is the role of knowledge flow as an intermediary mechanism between digital empowerment and enterprise innovation performance? In order to explain the above three questions,this article first reviews the research papers on the subject of digital empowerment and knowledge flow,and then uses Orient BEFIT as an exploratory case,combined with the research results of domestic and foreign scholars to propose this article "Digital Empowerment-Knowledge Flow-Enterprise innovation performance" conceptual model,and with the help of SPSS 19 and AMOS 24 software,the reliability and validity analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model test of the 239 retrieved valid questionnaires were carried out.According to the analysis results,the conceptual model was revised,and the following three conclusions were finally formed:(1)Digital empowerment has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.This paper deconstructs digital empowerment from the perspective of capability and divides it into connect,intelligence,and analytic capability.The analysis results show that connect and analytic capability significantly improve enterprise innovation performance,but the impact of intelligence capability on enterprise innovation performance is not obvious.Connect capability continues to input massive amounts of data for enterprises,and efficiently collaborates with the relationships among people,things,and information,and continues to empower enterprise to innovate.Analytic capability help companies accurately predict market demand and explore new combinations of factors and methods.While improving the speed of reaction the outside world,it also promotes the innovation speed of technology,products,and services.Intelligence capability haven't significantly improved enterprise innovation performance.This may be due to the fact that enterprises are still in the process of digital transformation exploration and lack experience in how to better integrate intelligence capability with enterprise business processes,organizational structure,and company culture.It is not obvious that the improvement of intelligence capability to the enterprise innovation performance.(2)Digital empowerment has a significant positive impact on knowledge flow.The connect capability and analytic capability in digital empowerment have significantly promoted knowledge flow,but the intelligence capability in promoting knowledge flow is not significant.The connect capability efficiently connects people,things,and information.The connection between people promotes communication and management,the connection between people and things promotes the management of facilities and equipment,and the connection between people and information promotes the speed of information acquisition by employees will jointly promote knowledge flow.Analytic capability through the development of rules,algorithms,etc.,provide companies with continuous input of high-value information and provide objective basis for forecasting and decision-making for the development of various businesses of the company,and provide employees with rich knowledge and convenient channels for knowledge learning,absorption and diffusion.However,companies still lack the experience of highly integrating intelligence capability with business processes,management models,corporate culture,etc.Therefore,intelligence capability haven't shown a significant effect of promoting knowledge absorption and knowledge diffusion.(3)Knowledge flow plays a part of the intermediary role between digital empowerment and enterprise innovation performance.Knowledge flow plays a significant part of the intermediary role between connect capability,analytic capability and enterprise innovation performance,but the intermediary role between intelligence capability and enterprise innovation performance is not significant.Connect capability provides a channel for companies to communicate with the outside world,and inputs a lot of resources for companies.By acting on the intermediate variable of knowledge flow,they promote the absorption and diffusion of knowledge by companies,and continue to empower corporate innovation.The analytic capability realizes the exploration of the correlation between different data and resources and the mining of potential value.At the same time,through the storage and analysis of past data,it provides objective predictions and decision-making basis for the business process of the company's procurement,production,research and development,and promotes enterprises can absorb and diffuse knowledge more efficiently,thereby continuously promoting enterprises to innovate in technology,products,and services.
