Research On The Influence Of The Digital Transformation Of Enterprise Clusters On Innovation Performance Based On TOE Model

Under the background of digital economy,enterprises have begun to invest in the wave of digital transformation.As a special organizational form supporting economic development,the digital transformation of enterprise clusters is particularly urgent and necessary.This thesis aims to identify the factors of the digital transformation of enterprise clusters and analyze their influence on cluster innovation performance,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the practice of the digital transformation of enterprise clusters.Through document analysis method,the thesis combs the digital transformation,enterprise clusters,cluster innovation performance and other relevant literature at home and abroad,and then introduces the TOE model,which is widely used at the organizational level,into the enterprise cluster field.According to the special organizational structure of enterprise clusters,the thesis expands the “O”,builds a concept model of the influence of the factors of the digital transformation of enterprise clusters on cluster innovation performance,and puts forward nine research assumptions.In order to get the data needed for the empirica I research,the author did two surveys,pre-survey and formal survey,by distributing and collecting investigation test papers.Next,it applies the statistical analysis method to do the exploratory factor analysis on the pre-research data to optimize the questionnaire,and finally uses structural equation model method to do the confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis test on the formal research data.The thesis draws the following conclusions:（1）the TOE model can also be applied to the enterprise cluster field after modification,and the influencing factors of the digital transformation of enterprise clusters can be divided into technology,organization and environment;（2）empirical research shows that digital technology factor has a significant positive influence on economic performance and technological performance of clusters under the digital background but has no significant positive impact on social performance;the second influencing digital factor organization has a significant positive push on economic performance,technological performance and social performance of clusters under the digital background;and digital environment factor,the third one,same as organization,also has a significant positive impact on economic performance,technological performance and social performance of clusters under the digital background;and（3）the development direction of the enterprise clusters is the digital transformation.Convenient digital technology,unimpeded digital organization and good digital policy environment can improve the cluster innovation performance.Therefore,enterprise clusters should take the trend,ride the wave of digital transformation to complete the transformation,further improve the core competitiveness of the clusters,and seek greater development in the new era.The conclusions of this thesis provide theoretical guidance for accelerating the digital transformation of enterprise clusters,and propose countermeasures for enterprises,clusters and governments: enterprises should expand technological investment and cultivate digital talents;clusters should smooth communication channels and foster the transformation atmosphere;and the government should increase political support and strengthen digital infrastructure.
