With the development of digital economy,digital information and knowledge have gradually become the key production factors of enterprises,and innovation has gradually become one of the important factors affecting the development of enterprises.As a kind of enterprise with the mission of innovation,agricultural science and technology enterprises' information technology level and innovation level directly determine their development speed and future market position.The development of information technology and innovation levels without innovation input,innovation measure in the indicator is the level of output,and the enterprise into the other influence factors in the process of innovation,which leads to make innovations in agricultural science and technology enterprises performance evaluation,can not only consider the input and output,also should be the process of innovation,should fully consider effect.Based on the relationship between enterprise resource based theory,capital theory,the theory of technical efficiency theory,using the method of literature review,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,case analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,design digital economy under the background of agricultural science and technology enterprise innovation performance evaluation index,build the innovation performance evaluation model,and selected JXN enterprise as a case,in combination with the practical situation of enterprises,To investigate and analyze the innovation performance under the background of JXN digital economy.On the basis of a full understanding of the situation of the enterprise,this paper evaluates JXN's innovation performance from two aspects: the influence of digital economy on JXN and the comparison of innovation performance between JXN and leading enterprises in the industry,and makes a comprehensive analysis based on the results of JXN's innovation performance evaluation model.It can be found that under the background of digital economy,JXN's innovation performance has deficiencies in talent training system,budget performance management,management and execution of information system,and the relationship between input and output.Finally,Suggestions are found deficiencies JXN build digital talent cultivation system,make full use of digital means standard budget performance management and evaluation system,strictly carry out the implementation of digital system,as well as strengthen the appropriate allocation of input and output of R&D,to further improve the innovation performance of JXN,at the same time to provide reference basis for other enterprises.
