ABC Bank Information Security Human Risk Management Research

With the development of technology and Internet,especially in cloud computing and big data domains,customer information form explosively grows,due to data wide Sharing and depth of the data mining,data information used in Banks,including business development and customers service levels,because banks widely used to grasp more and more customer information,exist failure human behavior,human ability insufficiency,the safety consciousness weak,even intentionally don't abide by the system or malicious damage when the banks deal with the customer's personal information,combined with the huge economic interests driven,increase the risk of information leakage,and thus cause information leakage accidents,it will bring huge losses for commercial Banks and customers.Therefore,it is more important to research on information security of commercial Banks,it has more social value because of risk management.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire and case study,this paper analyzes the current problems of ABC bank information security,and summarizes several problems: weak awareness of personnel information security risk,failure of personnel communication,lack of information security risk management system,information security risk management system is not in place,and the construction of compliance information security culture is not in place.In order to solve the above problems,it is necessary to analyze the human factors of ABC bank's information security,find out the root causes of the existing problems,and then construct measures for the summarized reasons,including optimizing the information security risk management system in ABC bank,and based on the risk management system,a series of safeguard measurement adopted to ensure the security of the bank's information system and its stable business development,therefore we should build up information security team and further improve the ABC mangemange standards and more stable systems.Through analysis and research,help ABC Bank to grasp the management direction in information security risk management,find management measures,reduce the risk of disclosure of customers' personal information,support and ensure the normal and stable development and continuous development of the bank's business.
