Benefited from the development of electronic engineering technology and computer science technology,machine vision has gradually entered the commercial field,while also supporting well for the improvement of production efficiency and the guarantee of good product rate.Because of its high efficiency,high precision and automatic operation,machine vision has gradually become popular in many fields,such as industry,medical treatment,military industry,agriculture and so on.At present,there are unreasonable factors in China's industrial structure,the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is relatively backward,the level of informatization is not high,and the depth of integration with industrialization is not enough.Therefore,in the strategic policy of industrial informatization proposed by the state,intelligent manufacturing is the better way to transform and upgrade China's manufacturing industry,machine vision plays an important role in intelligent manufacturing,which is manufacturing equipment "Eyes".At the same time,due to the rapid change of international economic form,the competition among domestic enterprises is intensified.The application of machine vision will improve the competitive advantage of enterprises.In this paper,Taking company A's machine vision products as the object of analysis,through on-the-spot interviews with manufacturing industry practitioners and entrepreneurs,as well as company A and industry data,information collection and collation of competitive environment,and for a company A in the machine vision aspects of various marketing work to give a more detailed exploration.In the research process,the author selects PEST,SWOT and other research methods,analyzes it with Michael Porter's Five Forces,and combines with the marketing theory of modern market,and then determines the development status of machine vision products of enterprise a,and analyzes the problems in the development process.Through 4P marketing strategy theory,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions from product,price,promotion and channel,and puts forward safeguard measures.By the market thinking and analysis of machine vision products,this paper discusses the further optimization of company A marketing strategy and measures.In the process of the research on the machine vision products of a enterprise,this paper first analyzes its marketing status and problems.In the process of analyzing the marketing status,it mainly analyzes the situation of sales of machine vision,profit analysis,financial key data comparison and product market share.Then on this basis,from PEST,SWOT strategy analysis of company A's machine vision products facing the environment,the direction of company A's products are proposed.Finally,combined with the analysis of marketing problems and marketing environment,this paper puts forward targeted strategies from the aspects of product,price,channel and promotion,and puts forward safeguard measures according to the strategy.Therefore,this study not only promote the marketing development of a machine vision products,but also promote the further development of the industry.
