Research On Educational Project Management Of Hubei Provincial Museum

Education function is the output terminal of museum function,with the constant improvement of the domestic system of public cultural services in recent years,the museum education project gradually become a new proposition and new museum education career development direction,is the important measure of the museum to complete their education mission,museum education project management level is directly related to the quality of the service society museum.This paper focuses on the detailed research of museum education project management,and firstly expounds the basic concepts and theoretical basis related to this content,laying a good foundation for the subsequent research on museum education project management.Then it expounds the development course,management goal,management principle and management effect of education project of Hubei Provincial Museum.Then,taking the education project management of "School of Rites and Music" of Hubei Provincial Museum as a case,the management process is systematically analyzed from the aspects of organizational guarantee and resource allocation,preparation and planning,implementation strategy,execution and closure with the theoretical knowledge and methods of public management.Comb and summarize the museum Guan Jiao talent specialization degree is not high and erosion,fusion depth and breadth,propaganda and socialisation form application effect of new media and digital the effect not beautiful,education,lack of assessment and evaluation system,internal responsibility division of labor and coordination mechanism is not clear,the museum education problems existing in the project management;This paper then analyzes the causes of the above problems,which are mainly related to the museum system and professional restrictions and unclear incentive mechanism,the existing education system and regulations,the lack of attention to modern information technology,the development of educational projects in the initial stage,and the operation mechanism to be established and standardized.Finally,combined with the existing problems and causes,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions for improvement,hoping to provide new ideas and directions for museum education project management in Hubei province.Museum education project and management of this topic,I focus on "School of Rites and Musicl" education of Hubei province museum project management case analysis,on the one hand materials of education project for the past three years as theoretical basis of research,get the education of common patterns of project management processes and the implementation strategy field research of Hubei province museum,on the other hand,with the help of a working relationship,in-depth,museum education department and finance department and office museum site understand its education project in Hubei province to carry out the situation,two and three managers,socialisation staff,five education project participants conducted interviews and collected many data,It provides strong support for the successful writing of the paper.This paper focuses on the research of Hubei province museum education in project management process and participate in the project before the stage to attract the public's implementation strategies,scientifically analyzing and summarizing the "School of Rites and Musicl" education project management problems and causes,and finally puts forward the measures and Suggestions to the further development of,combined theory with practice,solid foundation,demonstrated fully.The research of this paper is conducive to further improving the management level of "School of Rites and Musicl" education project of Hubei Provincial Museum,perfecting the management system of this education project,and providing reference ideas for other museums in China to carry out education projects,with certain referability and operability.At the same time,it also fills and improves the relevant theories of museum education project management in China.
