With DC current distribution network monitoring,high-voltage direct current transmission,photovoltaic power generation and other fields of accurate measurement of dc high current demand is growing,the hall current sensor array type began to attract more and more scholars to study,this paper study hall current sensor on the structure of the circular array,through digital signal processing algorithm design to improve the scheme of sensor measurement accuracy,and the related software and hardware joint test.First,in view of the actual situation is extremely easily traverse error problem caused by deviating from the array center,compared to existing wire localization algorithm,is proposed to remove lead from array center and cause the error of the optimization algorithm is designed,and the algorithms are simulated in MATLAB,the results show that under the condition of maximum offset distance of 0.02 m,the algorithm can be wire deviation caused by array center of error control at about 0.5%,compared with wire localization algorithm as a result more optimized.Secondly,in view of the multiple hall element to avoid components before measuring current sensitivity caused by different error and needs to be normalized sensitivity problem,put forward the hall element sensitivity normalization processing algorithm,compared with the traditional weighted gain adjustment circuit unto a to make use of the sensitivity of the method,get rid of the actual circuit design for resistance tolerance and potentiometer adjustment accuracy limits and make the normalized parameter adjustment and difficult problems,allows multiple hall element of normalized sensitivity parameters more precise and convenient adjustment,At the same time,the system structure of hall current sensor measurement circuit is simplified to some extent.Finally,the core algorithm is programmed by TMS320F28335 development board,and the sensitivity normalization algorithm was verified by hardware and software joint experiments,which proved the feasibility and practicability of the algorithm.It is of great significance to perfect the design of hall current sensor.
