Power electronic equipment is essential for driving and controlling in industrial applications. With the development of science and technology, the modern system is becoming more complicated, and it requires precise coordination between the electric power semiconductor, the system controller, the mechanism and the feedback unit. Hall effect current sensor as the antenna of power system information acquisition, can be isolated from the size of the input current signal will be converted into a standard signal output, the accuracy of its direct impact on the success or failure of the control system. At present, the Hall effect current sensor on the market is not high, can not meet the needs of the high precision of the sensor. The with high precision of double magnetic circuit structure of the Hall effect current sensor as the research subject, focus on the high precision of Hall effect current sensor to achieve technology, double magnetic circuit structure reduce the position error of the feedthrough input line and other. The accuracy and reliability of the Hall effect current sensor are improved, the principle prototype is verified, and the conclusion is given. The main research contents include the following aspects.First of all, the test accuracy of the Hall effect current sensor is not high, temperature adaptability and reliability is not high, the key factor of the Hall effect current sensor is analyzed, and the theory is proved to be effective in reducing the common mode signal interference and improving the detection accuracy by using a double loop magnetic circuit structure design and the design of dual Hall device. The accuracy of the Hall effect current sensor is increased from 0.5% to 0.1%.And then, the design of the double ring magnetic circuit structure, including the selection of magnetic core material, the influence of the magnetic core opening air gap on the circuit design, the structure design and material selection, the selection of the coating line, the design of the circuit, including the selection of Hall device, circuit design, EMC design, PCB board and processing. Finally, the engineering method is used to complete the production of the principle prototype.Finally, the performance of the prototype is tested, and the experimental data is used to verify the superiority of the scheme, and the conclusion is drawn that the double loop magnetic circuit structure can improve the accuracy of the Hall effect current sensor to 0.1%.
