Abstract/Summary:
Hall current sensor is a kind of current parameter measurement equipment which is often used in online measurement,testing,control of large current or high demand of precision of measured current.The technical indicators of hall current sensor directly affect the performance of the test facilities,test systems or products it serves.Therefore,it is necessary to measure it according to national measurement laws and regulations.This paper studies the design and implementation of hall current sensor automatic calibrating platform based on the standard ammeter method.Through this platform,automatic calibration and data analysis of hall current sensor can be achieved,which avoids the human error that may be introduced in manual calibration,ensures the authenticity and accuracy of calibration data,and improves the reliability of calibration results.In addition,the platform realizes automatic calibration of four sensors at the same time,greatly improving work efficiency.Hall current sensor automatic calibrating platform is mainly composed of DC&AC current source,high-precision ammeter,digital multimeter,DC power supply,current input auxiliary device,GPIB to USB cable,RS232 to USB cable and computer system.The computer system is the control core of the platform,relying on the program compiled by LabVIEW software programming platform,is mainly responsible for user management,instrument information management,measurement instrument control,measurement process control,certificate template management,data processing and storage,etc.When measuring and calibrating,the hall current sensor and the high-precision ammeter are placed on the current input auxiliary device at the same time,the DC power supply supplies power to the current sensor,the current output from the current source flows through the current input auxiliary device through the high-precision ammeter and the hall current sensor,the current measured by the high-precision ammeter is the input current of the hall current sensor,the output end of the hall current sensor outputs current or voltage signals to the digital multimeter,and finally the measured value of the digital multimeter is the output of the hall current sensor.The hall current sensor automatic calibrating platform has the advantages of wide measurement range,high measurement precision,convenient operation and automatic calibration,etc.,which ensures the accuracy and reliability of the hall current sensor calibration and improves the working efficiency.The platform realizes the automatic small batch calibration of hall current sensor,which has been applied to the acceptance and periodic calibration of the limit of 1000 A accuracy 0.2% hall current sensor of our institute.The realization of this platform provides strong technical support and metrological guarantee for the research,test and production delivery of our institute.
