The project primarily concerns about the development requirement of Hall-effect currentsensor of the aerospace application, thus bring forward the improvement of the precision andstability of the products, and verify the environment adaptive design of the aerospace of those,and finally the conclusions are drawn.First of all, the analysis and the modeling of the product performance of the existingHall-effect current sensors is made, and then the calculation and the test. According to theanalysis conclusion, the optimal ways are proposed to improve the performance of the sensors.They are the increase of the sensitivity of the Hall element through engineering approaches,and the proper value of the tickler coil number of turns. The improved Hall current sensorshave been testified and verified, thus came to the conclusion that the performance ofHall-effect current sensor is actually improved.And then, put forward the space radiation-hardened design for Hall current sensor, andconduct the radiation test as required. From the test results can be seen, the product outputmade a certain drift quantity, above100krad(Si).Finally,according to the restrictions of research time and funds, adjust the test parameterand the program, analyzes and calculate the test result came from the limited testing time,then preliminary reaches a conclusion that Hall-effect current sensor can work well in8to20years.
