At present, with increasingly competitive in the logistics industry and the wayof delivery between suppliers and customers is changed, the traditional logisticsmode cannot meet the needs of social development. However, goods distributionroute optimization problem is a complicated nonlinear combinatorial optimizationproblem in logistics scheduling, still plagued by many logistics companies, orinvolves the logistics business. on the premise of satisfying various constraints,goods distribution route optimization is in the computing time which is the customercan accept, to given the route planning with the possible optimization, the shortestoperating time, the shortest distance, and the lowest consumables and cost. So far,the tabu search algorithm has been widely used in combinatorial optimization,function optimization, route design, neural network and other areas of the theory.Also widely spread in application, the curriculum arrangement in universities, thescheduling in job shops and the operating in logistics vehicles and so on all havesuccessful cases. This shows that, study of delivery route optimization problem isnot only has theoretical significance, but also has practical application value.Paper is according to the actual logistics distribution situation in Chang De cityof Hu Nan province tobacco industry, to apply tabu search algorithm to completecustomer regional division, goods distribution route design and optimization, etc, inorder to achieve the global optimal solution of distribution of goods. The mainresearch work in the paper is as follows:(1) Based on the problem of transportingcost control of the logistics industry, the tabu search algorithm is applied to thepractical application of tobacco logistics distribution process, and to analysis thebusiness process of logistics distribution route optimization system;(2) Based on theestablished tabu search algorithm, combining the tobacco industry logisticsdistribution business requirements, to design and optimize logistics distributionroute, to improve the efficiency of distribution; on this basis to complete thearchitecture design of the logistics distribution route optimization system;(3) To usethe tobacco logistics distribution in Chang De as an example, based on the tabusearch algorithm to design the system and to realize the core functions of system, thetabu search algorithm is used in practical work has carried on the efficientexperiment. During the system running in the Chang De city, under increase in delivery quantity and reduction in working time condition, system achieved theloading capacity and delivery number increases, the set of goods vans, the crews ofdelivery, and the mileage of delivery are reduced application effect, realized thedistribution efficiency in tobacco industry, and reduced the distribution costs ofconstruction goal. Chang DE city tobacco companies directly reduce distributioncosts more than5,000,000yuan per year, the same time, through order trackingquery, Paperless customer sign for it, Customer SMS alerts and to pay a return visit,etc., improved the quality of customer service and customer satisfaction.
