With the rapid economic development, transportation system is becoming more and more important in our daily life, various construction projects undertaken are in full swing, as the core of the transport system-the construction of the bridge is popular. Therefore, the safety of the bridge is an issue of great concern, not only to eliminate the substandard bridges, the bridge itself will be not so healthy because of the weather, vibration, impact, aging and other factors during the long time operating, resulting in traffic safety problems, in fact, we can also see a variety of bridge accidents occur frequently, the events of those accidents not only caused a significant property damage, but also will seriously endanger people's lives. Therefore, to increase the service life of the bridge and ensure the safety of its use, it is necessary to do research on the bridge health monitoring and safety assessment, so that if it appears a dangerous situation, the relevant departments can do what they can under the early warning by the Bridge Structural Health Monitoring System,and we can prevent accidents timely.This thesis is based on the structural health monitoring of Taizhou Bridge Project (Technology Project by Communications Department of Jiangsu Provincial), The total work in this thesis will be introduced in these aspects below:The basic concepts of Bridge Structural Health Monitoring and the current situation of research on bridge structural health monitoring research in our country, although the current study of bridge structural health monitoring has achieved very good results, there are still some technical problems to work out.Study and compare the various Sensor network systems, presents a heterogeneous sensor networks and describes the design and advantage, this network architecture consists of wired part and wireless part,give play to their own advantages, make up each other's shortcomings, by those we may have an efficient sensor network system.Do research about the technology system of intelligent sensor network, the results include information gathering, data transmission technology and data processing technology:effective intelligent sensor nodes can ensure the accuracy of the information collected; reliable data communication protocol can improve transmission efficiency; distributed data processing methods can enhance the performance of data processingIntroduce the development platform, and do tests in the Second Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge and the Runyang Bridge to verify the hardware design and data transfer mechanisms; and also can show the models of the bridge by damage detection。...
