With the improvement of my country’s economic level,People’s demand for smart products is gradually increasing.Along with embedded technology,the popularization of 4G communication and 5G high-speed communication technology,high-definition video image capture technology and wireless network communication technology have had a great impact on the development and application of smart products,especially the rapid development of 5G in my country,and the future my country’s strategic layout has greatly stimulated the development of our Internet of Things.As a result,a group of intelligent life robots were born,which can replace humans in various fields of urban factories to do some high-intensity work,that is,to meet the various requirements of the complex environment of the industrial site,but also can work for a long time.Especially in the prevention of the new coronavirus,the research of embedded smart products is particularly important.Embedded processors have developed rapidly over the years with their low power consumption,small size,low cost and stable performance,and can give full play to their high integration advantages in the field of intelligent manufacturing.The smart phone is also the embodiment of embedded high integration.It has become an essential device for everyone today in daily life.It is no longer a communication device that can only be used for calls in the early years.The smart phone is used as a control terminal.The networking mode is already the future trend.We designed a remote video surveillance vehicle system with STM32 embedded microprocessor as the core.Using a smart phone as a control terminal,a method for controlling the movement of a smart car by establishing a connection with a device through a cloud network by a mobile phone app is introduced.The system mainly uses the 4G router as the network terminal,and the embedded development board as the control terminal.It receives and controls the camera,obstacle avoidance ultrasonic sensor and other data.After analysis and processing,the control command is sent to the backplane drive through the serial port to drive the motor to complete various movements.,So as to complete the mobile phone control function.The system design idea first analyzes the feasibility of the general and then the part,and then divides it into the general design and realizes it.First,build a hardware platform,complete device selection,and gradually design,including 4G wireless router communication module design,video monitoring module design,GPS positioning module design,motor drive module design and other parts.Finally,compile and integrate programs on the keil5 development platform to realize various controls of the system.This article has completed the design and production of the remote video surveillance patrol car,passed various functional tests,and realized the preset remote control monitoring functions.The overall operation of the car and the monitoring effect are relatively ideal.The successful implementation of this system will help the development of future 5G applications,smart homes,and autonomous driving.
