Research On Key Technology Of Video Platform In Internet Of Things Based On Video Analysis

Video surveillance platform plays a crucial role in protecting community safety,socialstability and harmony for a long time, but many defects of existing video platforms restrict theeffectiveness and generalization of the video platform. Conventional video monitoring methodscan’t meet the application requirements of public security and home security. However,application and development of the video intelligent analysis technique have promoted the nextvideo surveillance platform.video intelligent analysis originated from computer vision,cananalyse video content automatically,identificate the suspicious targets and behaviorpromptly,remind security staff watching the video,so as to guard the potential threat. For thedemand of public security and home security,video platform in Internet of Things will berealized step by step based on intelligent video analysis and video surveillance in our country.Inthis paper,we propose a practical approach to solve or improve the technical issues which refer tovideo capture, communication, processing and so on.The main contents and contributions are asfollows：1. We are inquire into current research both at home and abroad and design the videoplatform in Internet of Things based on the functional requirement of video surveillance.Also wepropose a platform architecture combining the distributed processing in front end of theequipment with the centralized control of center server with the advance technology andapproach.2. With a consideration of the geographic region and uncontrollability of naturalenvironment, a new strategy is proposed for wireless video transmission based on the3G andH.264after comparing the video coding techniques,such as MPEG-4,H.264,AVS.3. We learn the technical framework of the intelligent video analysis including the objectdetection, object tracking, object classification, behavior understanding and description and soon.Moreover,we do some special studies in the field of Intelligent Transportation,including roaddetection,railway track detection and classifying the moving vehicles’odd behavior,e.g. runningthe red light in the video-based intelligent traffic monitor system.4. We discuss application of the equipment power supply and power management andlightning protection technology to ensure the video platform work safely and reliably.In theplatform Integrated the solar energy power and cable supply,remote control based on the SMS ofthe GSM.
