With the development of embedded technology, data transmission technology and the demand for the development of intelligent products, the technology of wireless video surveillance and transmission has been developed rapidly; especially the development of multimedia transmission technology, video image capture technology and wireless network communication technology have a significant impact on the development and application of intelligent products. Since WIFI wireless network shows large coverage, wiring is simple, fast transfer speed and other advantages compared to traditional means of communication, and therefore it can be able to meet the mechanical and electrical equipment with more intensive, small space, harsh environments, cable wiring difficulties in the coal mine, as well as environmental complex industrial site requirements. However, the embedded processor takes low power consumption, small size, economical and practical, stable performance and rapid development of these years, an increasing number of technologies such as video surveillance technology are moving in conjunction with the embedded direction. Daily life of each person as a contemporary smartphone essential belonging is no longer a single communication device, based on smart phones as an electronic control terminal product has become a trend in the future.This thesis presents a design technique of STM32embedded microprocessor-based wireless video surveillance vehicle system. For the essential product in working life PC as well as two mainly popular Android and iOS operating system phones, introduced an approach of the use a PC and mobile phone to control WIFI video car. By STM32master controller to drive the car motor, control the car a variety of operating conditions and drive camera to capture video information; The camera on-board system captured video will be displayed in real time to the PC or mobile phone interface via WIFI signal, and the control signal issued from the PC or mobile phone pass to the master controller, so as to achieve a PC or mobile phone to control the car’s purpose.The idea of System design include software design and hardware design: software design is to programming and designed interface buttons in a certain development platform. In order to achieve a variety of control systems, it designs PC and two different phone system as a whole the control terminal; Hardware design is a circuit design system, including a motor driving module design, a video acquisition module design, a wireless communication module design and so on. This design of a wireless video surveillance produce a real car, and by the overall testing, it can achieve the basic functions, the overall effect is ideal. Successful implementations of this system provide some guidance for the future development of intelligent home security systems.
