DZ Media,as a well-known company engaged in periodical and book publishing in China,has gone through more than 30 years of ups and downs since its establishment.In these wonderful years,DZ media is undoubtedly made a piece of excellent results.For example,its periodicals have set a record of monthly sales champion in domestic periodicals,and its products are exported to overseas markets,and its brand has become a well-known star brand in China.However,at present,many new media forms,such as live broadcasting and other new generation media,are attacking traditional media forms.New media forms are making rapid progress by taking advantage of the dissemination advantages of 5G and other network technologies.The way of media disseminate data and the industry structure have changed dramatically.In the face of such changes,it is necessary to re-sort out the strategic objectives of DZ Media,optimize the development strategy,and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise and the ability to resist risks.Through a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of DZ Media,this paper mainly takes the current situation and existing problems of the development strategy as a starting point to reorganize the mission and strategic objectives of the company.Using PEST model,Porter's five forces model and SWOT model as analysis tools,this paper tries to formulate the company's development strategy and formulate strategic safeguard measures.First,implement the vertical integration strategy,strengthen the upstream and downstream control,to achieve cost advantage.Improve your company's organizational structure.The second is to implement a diversified strategy,including platform development,product remodeling,content promotion,establishing strategic relationships with important data platform companies and other contents,so as to realize the leap-forward transformation to new media.Third,vigorously carry out capital operation,give full play to the advantages of DZ Media's listed company platform,invest in new projects with the help of capital market forces,and fulfill the needs of its own transformation.Fourth,reach strategic alliances with mature technology enterprises,break technical barriers to entry,and expand new business sales channels.Under the background of the new era,technology has made the traditional journal industry,which was originally a homogeneous competition,more competitive.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the current internal and external environment,core resources and advantages and disadvantages of the company objectively,and reanalyzes the mission and strategic objectives of the company.Put forward the corresponding developent strategy for the reference of the company.
