5G era brings opportunities as well as new challenges to the mobile phone industry.New technologies have higher requirements for new products.In 2019,major mobile phone manufacturers have launched5 G mobile phones,intensifying market competition.As a key brand of domestic mobile phones,oppo mobile phones will also face fierce competition from major mobile phone brands at home and abroad.With the development of information age,it is forced to transform its marketing strategy to adapt to the new market environment.Firstly,according to the existing marketing strategy of oppo mobile phone in 5G era,the paper analyzes the existing problems,such as insufficient product cycle operation,insufficient ecological construction of product layout,lack of competitive advantage in price strategy,lack of community marketing channel management ability,and lack of continuity of activity marketing;then,it analyzes the macro environment,internal environment and competitive environment of oppo company SWOT analysis is used to summarize the marketing environment,Oppo mobile phone market in Hunan has the following advantages: the trend of localization of industrial chain is rising,the development trend of tertiary industry is good,and the level of population consumption is relatively good.Oppo itself also has the advantages of brand advantage,high retention rate of low-line market,and fast charging technology of products.However,it is also facing threats from the decline of market user scale,Sino US trade war,new crown epidemic situation,and intensified competition,etc In addition to the marketing problems,there are also some disadvantages,such as increasing human cost year by year,lack of self-study and accumulation of core technology,and low education background of employees.Finally,based on the 7p marketing theory,the paper puts forward the marketing transformation strategy of oppo mobile phone in Hunan Province in 5G era,that is,strengthening the customized research and development of product core components,popularizing the whole cycle trading of products,formulating the combination pricing strategy,establishing the dynamic price adjustment mechanism,influencing the manufacturing topic and strengthening the publicity and promotion.And formulate the safeguard implementation measures of transformation strategy.This study is not only conducive to solving the marketing problems of oppo mobile phones in Hunan region,making use of the changes of market demand in 5G era to obtain better economic benefits,but also to promote the strength of Hunan oppo mobile phone company;it can also provide reference for similar mobile phone enterprises,especially regional mobile phone sales enterprises mainly based on traditional channels.Therefore,this study has certain practical significance.
