In September 2017,the Ministry of Education's newly published textbooks on ethics and the rule of law,Chinese,and history published by the People's Education Press began to be used nationwide,and the policy requires full coverage in three years.Prior to this,the three sets of textbooks--"Ethics and the Rule of Law" published by the People's Publishing House,"History" published by Business Commercial Press for junior high school,and "History" published by Zhonghua Book Company for high school,were the flagship products of the China Publishing Textbook Co.,Ltd(Short Name:Co.Textbook),which means If no progress,the Co.Textbook will lose nearly 1/3 of the market share by the fall of 2019.The leadership team of the company,has adjusted its idea quickly since the beginning of the policy change.It has put forward the transformation idea of "based on education,research and develop products,and expand services",and implemented a diversified strategy in the areas of education informatization and library distribution.But in the long term,it is not enough to make up for the performance gap caused by the policy adjustment.In the face of such a large policy shock,the business transformation of the Co.Textbook is imminent,and the new business strategy needs to be further optimized and adjusted.This article is the author's exploration and practice of the market in the past two years,trying to jump out of the traditional publishing industry,combined with the characteristics of the self-media era and the needs of modern education development,to analyze and deconstruct the business strategy of the Co.Textbook.And suggestions for the optimization and implementation of the company's business transformation.In this paper,the EFE and IFE matrices are used to analyze the strategic positioning of the Co.Textbook in education informatization and library distribution business sections,and then the SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix are used to optimize strategic design for the above two businesses sections.And,put forward the concept of "urban study" project and the integrated brand strategy of "IP+Net red bookstore".At the end of the thesis,a business strategy optimization implementation and control plan is proposed.
