The system offering uniform platform for the effectively manage foreign land, the dispersion and distribute multi-project under the limited circumstance in resources of construction enterpriseThe contents of this thesis as following:1. After analyzed the process of the information development in construction, the general cases of the (MIS, PMS) information system integration and the research results, the background, necessity of this project, the investigative object, method, main contents of this thesis are expounded.2. After analyzed the enterprise project management, multi-project management, construction enterprise management, expatiating the concept model of the construction enterprise project integrated management and put forward the system integrated Scope of the CEPIMS.3. After analyzed and researched the related technique the analysis, putting forward the CEPIMS software system construction model.4. After analyzed the system function request and the construction enterprise business process, join together the requests of the construction enterprise project management, putting forward the CEPIMS system function gather model.5. Set up system architecture of CEPIMS and establish the system function frame, as well as dividing and defining the sub-function modules.
