In recent decades,with the rise and rapid development of information technology,China's support and help for the software industry is more and more.At the same time,in order to plan the software industry market,the state has also issued many policies to guide and guarantee the standardized development of the industry.With the passage of time,software technology is growing rapidly,and the competition among software manufacturers is becoming increasingly fierce.In the market competition,the quality of software products plays a decisive role in the absolute priority.It can be said that the level of software determines the survival of software enterprises.Therefore,the foundation of software enterprises is to think about how to improve the quality of software,in order to protect themselves in the fierce market competition,to keep a place in the fierce market competition,to keep constant to change,with a down-to-earth and enterprising attitude,to seek new development opportunities.Based on this reality,this paper takes a software enterprise as an example to study and analyze the development strategy and competition method of software enterprise.Starting from the theory of competitive strategy,this paper first describes the basic situation of enterprise A and the existing problems at this stage,such as serious product homogenization,product service needs to be improved and lack of R&D and innovation ability.For an enterprise,the internal environment and external environment are analyzed.Internally,it evaluates the internal value chain and product resource types of enterprise a,while externally,it uses the five forces model of strategic group,pest and porter to carry out in-depth analysis and mining.In addition,the paper analyzes the differences of competition and development strategies between enterprise A and its competitors and industry benchmarking by connecting with the reality of the same type of competitors in the industry.Finally,after the SWOT analysis of enterprise a,the paper selects the differentiation strategy for enterprise A,expounds the strategy of each functional layer,and puts forward the specific strategic implementation measures from the rational allocation of resources,optimization of organizational structure,strengthening the construction of corporate culture,strategy implementation risk response and other five aspects,in order to help enterprise A improve its core competitiveness and promote its healthy and long-term development Exhibition.
