As the density of transistors in the chip gradually approaches its expansion limit,the function of a single chip has been unable to meet the needs of the development of various industries.System in Package(SiP)technology is one of the effective solutions,which can encapsulate multiple chips with different functions from multiple dimensions according to requirements.After packaging,the chip has the characteristics of miniaturization and more security.However,for chips produced by chip manufacturers,whether their availability and performance stability can be accurately tested,it will be a test and development for the IC test technical team.This thesis starts from the perspective of SiP chip,chooses to focus on the detection and analysis of SiP chip,combined with embedded related technology,design SiP chip detection system,in order to complete the detection and analysis of the function and performance of SiP chip.The following is an introduction to the research work of this thesis:Firstly,the circuit structure of SiP chip is researched,and the detection system based on SiP chip is designed.The peripheral circuit and software program of SiP chip are designed to check whether the chip can guarantee the integrity of basic functions after sealing.For the hardware system,a variety of methods are used for detection and analysis.For example,JTAG emulator is used with the underlying software to debug the chip and complete the detection of relevant circuit modules.The serial port assistant software is used to assist the detection of UART serial port.The upper computer software is designed to write the designed low-level program into the chip,and then the upper computer software sends detection instructions to the serial port to the SiP chip to complete the detection of different functional modules.Secondly,SiP chips may be used in different temperature environments in the future to study their performance stability.The SiP chip is placed in the temperature change box,and the internal temperature of the temperature change box is manually adjusted to simulate different environments.Then,the performance stability of the SiP chip is detected and analyzed.In this thesis,two automatic analysis schemes are proposed.In scheme one,the upper computer software is designed to analyze the data.This method can clearly see the data results and analysis results.The second scheme is analyzed by means of the working mode of LED indicator light.This method can save relevant hardware resources and design an interface board that can complete the detection of multiple devices.Finally,according to the performance analysis of the SiP chip based on PPC4601 processor,the national secret algorithm SM4 is proposed to apply to the SiP chip,and the application of SM4 algorithm in the SiP chip is analyzed and realized.By designing several program cases,the processing results are finally sent to the serial debugging assistant software through the serial port,so as to realize the analysis of the computing force performance of the PPC4601 processor.This thesis designs a set of analysis scheme from hardware to software for the self-sealing chip of the subject project.The purpose is to complete the sealing chip detection,analysis of its functional integrity and performance stability,finally can be really used in the product.The research and design of the thesis has been applied in real projects,which can complete the automatic detection and analysis of SiP chips,thus saving a certain time cost for the chips to be mass-produced,with high detection efficiency.
