Intelligent digital picking system is a typical application of electronic shelf label system(ESL)in Internet business,and it has been a hot spot for many years.Compared with the traditional mode of manual management using paper labels,it helps the warehouse management reduce the cost of manual management,improve the efficiency and reduce the error rate,and solves the shortcoming that warehouse data cannot be updated in real time.It is an Internet application that can make long-term profits with one-time investment in factory warehouse management.This system is mainly used in supermarkets and factories in some western developed countries,as well as Australia,Japan and South Korea.In China,the system is gradually developed under the test and promotion of some related manufacturers.The key technology of the light picking system is the efficiency and stability of the system network,Low power consumption,low cost and good visual effects are also the key to the electronic shelf label system.The first chapter summarizes the research background and significance of this subject,then introduces the development of light picking system at home and abroad,and summarizes the research status of wireless AD hoc network routing protocol,and finally introduces the main research content of this subject.In the second chapter,I selects the wireless communication technology at first,and at the same time selects a kind of rf chip which is suitable for this system.Secondly,combining with the existing standard wireless routing protocol algorithm,a wireless routing protocol suitable for light picking system is designed,and the relevant stability mechanism of the routing protocol is introduced.Then the format of wireless communication protocol is explained.Then,MQTT transmission protocol is selected as the communication protocol of the Internet of Things between the system and the upper computer,and MQTT transmission protocol is elaborated,and the payload format of PUBLISH message is defined.Finally,the application function and screen display scheme of electronic tags are described.The third chapter introduces the hardware circuit of electronic label and base station,and introduces the operating principle of hardware circuit from each circuit module.The forth chapter introduces the start-up process of the software,and then designs the task module and interrupt service function of the software operating system according to the real-time performance of the functions to be realized,and introduces the running process of each task module and interrupt service function.The fifth chapter,firstly verifies the radio frequency circuit,then I test the wireless communication range,network stability and circuit power consumption,and finally I analyzes and summarizes the test data.The sixth chapter summarizes and forecasts the research design of this subject.
