With the advent of the Internet of Everything era,accurate,reliable and highly available network time is the basis for all network application scenarios to run smoothly.The method of using network to transmit time information has not only aroused the attention of the industry,but also caused a stir in other industries.The demand of network timing in production,life,economy,military and other fields continues to grow,deriving the network timing system of various application scenarios.With the increase of network equipment and time equipment in the timing system,the timing system has become complex and huge,and various problems,such as uneven distribution of network resources,difficult maintenance of platform equipment,tedious manual configuration process,and difficult troubleshooting of sudden failures,have seriously hindered the large-scale application of the network timing system.The development of network timing management system for network timing system,separating equipment maintenance management from network timing system,the timing system and management system each perform their respective duties,has become a way of thinking to solve the problems faced by the current timing system.Software defined network(SDN)advocates the separation of control plane and data plane,breaking the rigid situation of traditional network vertical integration.In this way,the network switch becomes a simple forwarding device,and the control logic is realized in the logic centralized controller,which simplifies the network management.In order to effectively manage the network timing system,according to the idea of separation of SDN control plane and data plane,this paper designs the network timing management system architecture with integrated control plane,and puts forward the implementation scheme to realize it.The specific research contents and work progress are as follows:(1)Investigate the background significance of network timing management system and related research,including network management,software-defined network and time-sensitive network configuration technology.(2)Design of network timing management system.Based on the network timing system,the functional requirements of the network timing management system are analyzed and the functional modules are designed.According to the functional requirements design network timing management system architecture,this paper puts forward the integrated control of plane network timing management system architecture,control function on the system control plane,control plane on the basis of SDN controller,integration time sensitive network(passes)configuration model,up north to interface with application service plane connection,give play to the role of the portal The downward-south interface is connected with the network timing system.Finally,according to the network time management system architecture,the appropriate technology and open source software are selected to complete the design of the management system implementation scheme.(3)Implementation of Network Time Management System and Analysis of Monitoring Performance.According to the implementation scheme of the network timing management system,the appropriate open source software is selected to build the network timing management system.Among them,the network controller in the integrated control plane uses OpenDayLight(ODL)controller to configure and manage network devices in the SDN domain,and centralized network configuration(CNC)to configure and manage network devices in the TSN domain.The application service plane realizes the configuration interface and monitoring interface.The northbound interface uses REST API and has good compatibility with Web services and ODL controllers.The southbound interface group integrates a variety of interface protocols to meet the needs of different scenarios.After the network time management system is implemented,its configuration function is verified,and the performance of Internet time service monitoring and TSN synchronous monitoring are briefly analyzed.
