Analysis And Design Of The Overall Transfer Network Optimization Program For Fuzhou Unicom

With the development of service requirements and the changing evolution of network forms, it has been a Key issue in Fuzhou Unicom that how to establish the target architecture of the local multi-service carrying and transfer network In the new technology situation. Based on a comprehensive analysis of service requirements, technology development, the cost of network construction and other factors, it is clear that the OTN technology based on intelligent control plane and packet transport technology combine with a grid-type or ring-type fiber-optic network can be used as the target architecture of Fuzhou Unicom carrying and transfer network. The optimization programs of Fuzhou Unicom local transfer network are discussed in this paper both from the aspect of transmission equipments and transmission lines, clear directions for construction programs and plans in aspects of the OTN system, MSTP, packet transport network, fiber-optic network and the pipeline net is given. Based on packet transport equipments,1backbone ring and4convergence rings are built to cover the main urban areas; two40*10G OTN ring-type systems are built from city to county,16channels are used in the beginning due to service requirements,2packet transport equipments are set as convergence points in every county which dual uplink to the two core points downtown. When the fiber optic cable resources mature, according to the network structure’s need, all the network talking above can develop to grid-types. The fiber-optic network, which includes19backbone lines,6integrated business convergence regions and16integrated business access areas in the city,1integrated business convergence region in every county and add up to19integrated business access areas in all counties.The pipeline construction, which on one hand can meet the new and transforming users’ cable laying demand, one the other hand can coordinate government’s overhead line transforming into earth.
