In recent years,the fifth generation mobile communication system has made significant changes to the network architecture to meet the user needs brought by the explosion of the user amount and data amount.This paper makes some achievements in heterogeneous network architecture design and handover signaling simplification by the means of control-service separation,in order to address the above issue,break the technology barrier among multi-mode networks and simplify the interactive process.The research consists two aspects:(1)To solve problems of the frequent signaling interaction brought by the intensely dense cells and massive users,this paper put forward a solution fr-om the aspect of the heterogeneous network architecture.Implementing control-service separation in a controller,which is newly deployed in the network architecture proposed in the paper.The controller has an enhanced control ability and maintains an overview information table by uninteuptly communicating with network elements in the entire cell.The table is designed to implement centralized control of the heterogeneous network.The deouple of control functions also makes dara transmission more efficient.At the same time,enhancing the protocol of the controller and designing the network interface would realize the joint control of the cellular network and Wireless Lan(WLAN),which can provide undifferentiated resource utilization for users.(2)Based on the above architecture,this paper put forward a handover signaling simplification scheme and handover optimized algorithm for the heterogeneous network users.Using the Overview Information Table,the controller is able to adjust the data transmission path for the user and to find the optimal target network in advance.It reduces the interaction complexity of the core network as well as users,simplifies the signaling procedure and also realizes soft handover.Besides,to change the single condition of the handover decision,this paper puts forward an optimal multi-user-multi-target algorithm,considering both users side and network side to choose target network.Another algorithm is used to differentiate handover trigger time in some specific scenarios,which gurantees the effectiveness of the handover.Finally,a simulation platform is built to support the above theory,which shows a 20%simplicity as respecr for the handover signaling and also verifies that the algorithm can improve handover accuracy in intensive small cells.
