Research On The Influencing Factors Of Microblog Users' Participation In The Public Opinion Dissemination Of Emergency Social Security

In the Internet age,the impact of emergency social security incident has been infinitely amplified,and the network has become the primary position of public opinion dissemination.Due to the suddenness,lack of information,and difficulty of control of emergency social security incident,false information and negative opinions are easily generated in the process of public opinion dissemination,which can cause social panic.The dissemination of public opinion information of emergency social security incident relies more on the active participation of Microblog users.Therefore,in order to guide the public opinion dissemination of emergency social security incident more effectively and pertinently,user participation in the network public opinion dissemination of emergency social security incident Research on influencing factors is extremely important.This article systematically sorts out a large number of documents,based on the five elements of public opinion communication,combined with the situation of sudden social security incidents,and adopts the use and satisfaction theory and technical acceptance model to construct Weibo users in public opinion dissemination of sudden social security incidents Participate in the influencing factor model.From the microblogging platform,the public opinion events,information content,microblog users demand,and information sources five aspects to explore the impact of weibo users to participate in the public opinion dissemination.The study found that platform trust,event types,information sources,information needs,social needs,psychological needs and perceived ease of use all have a positive impact on participation behavior;information form,perceived risk and information quality do not significantly affect Weibo users' participation in public opinion spread.Based on the above research results,this article proposes a public opinion dissemination guidance and management plan for emergency social security incident from the three perspectives of focusing on the needs of Weibo users,strengthening the construction of the Weibo platform,and focusing on information sources,to help microblog platforms and relevant government departments more timely reduces the dissemination of false information.
