In recent years,China has seen rapid development in Internet and e-commerce,and Internet payments have become increasingly popular,with China at the forefront of the world in the field of mobile payments.An important part of the Internet business is the database,and data is of great importance to the development of the Internet.For early Internet companies,the problem they face is that the rapid development of business and the rapid growth of data require upgrading the early database system.Therefore,whether we can guarantee the data quality after database migration and at the same time ensure the completion of database migration to make sure the database migration project successfully,here is a key step,which is finish the project in specified time.At the same time,the quality management and schedule management are important as well.This thesis takes the database migration project of company Y as the research object,analyzes the problems of quality and schedule management in the practice of database migration project of the company,combines the theoretical knowledge of project management,and proposes reasonable solution strategies for the database migration project in both quality management and schedule management.This thesis aims to improve the project management of database migration,by analyzing the problems of quality and schedule management in the database migration project of company Y.It adopts the case study method and qualitative analysis method to study the essential problems of the project,mainly in the aspects of whether the quality of the project is controllable,whether the project schedule is feasible,and whether the personnel arrangement and organization structure are reasonable.Reasonable solutions are designed to finally complete the database migration project as planned with the premise of ensuring data quality.The purpose of this thesis is to extrapolate the experience and management methods of Y's database migration project to the database migration projects in the Internet field,and to provide a reference for similar database migration projects.
