Application Of Quality Management In The Conmmunicationg Design Project

A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result. Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements. Project Quality Management includes the processes and activities of the performing organization that determine quality policies, objectives, and responsibilities so that the project will satisfy the needs for which it was undertaken. It implements the quality management system through policy and procedures with continuous process improvement activities on ducted throughout, as appropriate. The Project Quality Management processes include the following:Plan Quality、 Perform Quality Assurance、Perform Quality Control。These processes interact with each other and with the processes in the other Knowledge Areas. Each process can involve effort from one or more persons or groups based on the project requirements. Each process occurs at least once in every project and occurs in one or more of the project phases, if the project is divided into phases.In this paper, The Anhui branch of China Unicom integrated design project as an example, the quality management model of the project ia analyzed. And use of the project quality management theory and methods in modern project management theory,to list the main problems in the current communications engineering design, and to analyze the causes of quality problem, to propose an quality management model of the design project. The results of this study will provide an operational quality control of the design process and quality management for the design industry.
