An Empirical Study On The Value Evaluation Of Patent Technology Based On Knowledge Mapping

With the deepening of global economic integration,intellectual property rights based on knowledge creation play a more and more important role in social and economic construction.As an important part of intellectual property rights,patents are paid more and more attention by countries and enterprises.At present,China is in the key period of building a powerful country in science and technology and adjusting the industrial structure,while China's patent technology market is in the initial stage,and the selection of patent value evaluation parameters and evaluation system are still not perfect.In this situation,how to improve the evaluation system,and apply the theory to the specific practice,explore the potential value of the patent,become the objective needs of the current patent value research.In order to scientifically evaluate the value of patents and promote the transformation and application of intellectual property rights,this paper studies and forms a patent technology value evaluation index system including three-level indicators.And take the effective invention patents of Shandong Academy of Sciences in recent five years as the basic data for empirical research and quantitative analysis,in order to test the scientificity,rationality and effectiveness of the index system.In this paper,gephi tool is used to draw knowledge map,and the patent data is analyzed by visualization statistics.The value of specific patents is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).These methods are integrated to find high-value patents in the key areas of g01 n and c12 n technology,so as to promote the appropriate development and transformation of high-value patents and promote the development of industrialization.Finally,taking Shandong Academy of Sciences as a reference,this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures for the problems existing in the process of patent application,protection and transformation of scientific research institutions,in order to promote the transformation of high-value patent achievements,analyzes the deficiencies in the research,and puts forward the direction of future research and improvement.
